Item 1: Rob Sibley made an extensive report of open space in the town. Providing
examples of many different parcels with varying degrees of opportunity for
development. He encouraged the committee to pursue the parcels that are already
surveyed and available for development.
It was recommended that Point ‘O Rocks (next to Dickinson Park) be considered for
immediate development.
A walk-through of the Point ‘O Rocks open space by the Committee was planned for
June 29th.
